Open Working Group Meeting of the EU COST Action
"The Chemical Cosmos: Understanding Chemistry in Astronomical Environments"
Prague, Czech Republic 17-19 May 2011

Check-in: The check-in desk for the meeting will be open on Monday May 16th from 14:00 to 20:00 in the lobby of Hotel Diplomat. Check-in is also possible from 08:30 to 09:00 on Tuesday May 17th at the meeting venue. There also payment should be made for the registration fee (EUR 150,-) .

The deadline for the registration has passed, but there is a very limited number of places at the conference hotel and Hotel Kampa (see the accommodation page for infos) available. These will be given to people who still want to register on a first-come first served basis.

To register for the meeting, please fill in the registration form. Completed registration forms (to be downloaded here) should be sent to Wolf D. Geppert ( phone ++46-(0)8-55378649, fax ++46-(0)8-55378601) as .doc files per e-mail attachment. per e-mail attachment (to wgeppert@hotmail.com) or fax.

The meeting is also open to participants outside the working group. From those a registration fee of EUR 150,- (CZK 3600,-) will be charged, which is payable in cash upon registration. Conference organisers, however, reserve the right to refuse registration to such participants. The registration fee includes meals from May 17 to May 19 (including the conference banquet), coffee breaks and conference material. To sum up, the following fees apply:

For members of the Working Group 1 of the COST Action "The Chemical Cosmos: Understanding Chemistry in Astronomical Environments" and invited speakers there is no registration fee. They will be offered free meals from May 17 to May 19 (including conference banquet), coffee breaks, and conference material. Unfortunately we CANNOT refund Working Group members and travel and accommodation. Accompanying persons can take part in the conference banquet for EUR 60,- (CZK 1500,-). This fee has to be paid upon registration.
