The DEMO-project

The aim of this project is to develop and evaluate an integrated advice for the three main commercial fish stocks in the Baltic Sea. Four workshops will be held, and each will result in both a scientific output of a per-reviewed paper and a policy brief for a wider audience.

balticeye.org presents background information to current Baltic Sea science. New research is put in a social context. Interesting comments and analysis are connected to current policy issues. The goal is to give stakeholders, media and policy makers extended scientifically based knowledge about the Baltic Sea.
