Regulations linked to the Baltic Sea eutrophication model

In spring 2013 four meetings about the laws, regulations and political aspects linked to the decision support system for Baltic Sea eutrophication was held to exchange knowledge over disciplinary borders.

Political perspectives, actor involvement, decision making and institutional design of HELCOM, chair/speaker: Matilda Valman

On-going research about environmental regulation in the Baltic Sea region and the effectivity of legal frameworks with special focus on eutrophication.

Two BEAM-projects will be presented: Legal Approaches to Controlling Emissions of Nutrients by Annika K. Nilsson and Transboundary pollution control in the Baltic Sea area by Brita Bohman.
