Postdoctoral Fellow in Medical Radiation Physics

The position involves research and development of a comprehensive methodology that includes measurement and simulation procedures to account for stray radiation dose in patients with lymphoma or/and brain tumours that receive radiation therapy with photon or proton beams. Ref. No. SU FV-1135-21, closing date: 30 April 2021.

Researcher in Medical Radiation Physics

The position involves research and developent of the computational framework for creating an in silico testbed for radiotherapy based on a virtual tumour model that would account for the main tumour microenvironmental features known to be related to the outcome of radiotherapy integrated into a treatment planning and optimisation system. Ref. No. SU FV-1136-21, closing date: 30 April 2021.

Postdoctoral Fellow in mm-wavelength instrumentation

The Oskar Klein Centre and the Department of Physics at Stockholm University invites applications for a Postdoctoral fellow focusing on the design and testing of lightweight metamaterial candidates for broadband millimeter-wavelength absorbers to be used by the LiteBIRD satellite. Ref. No. SU FV-0103-21, closing date: 15 May 2021.

PhD positions

All open PhD positions are announced on this webpage. This is done four times per year.  Announcements in 2021 are published February 2rd (with last application date March 1st), April 2nd (April 23rd), September 2nd (September 29th) and October 15th (November 5th). For 2022 the dates will be similar but are yet not decided. Contact the Director of Postgraduate Studies for more information about the program.
