An e-signature with eduSign replaces a manual signature in most cases. There are a few exceptions, e.g. agreements and some documents related to HR.

The decision-making and delegation procedures apply regardless of how you sign.

A document that has been created digitally should also be archived digitally. To ensure long-term preservation of e-documents, please use PDF/A format when saving.

If you receive a document on paper, you can sign it by hand and submit to the registrar for archiving.
