BSSC Programme

The congress starts on Monday afternoon with a BONUS workshop for young scientists. Registration is possible and an Icebreaker bar is held in the evening.

The grand opening of BSSC is held at Tuesday 20 August. It will be live-streamed and filmed, from 10.30 to 12.30.

The congress starts off with a workshop for young scientists by BONUS. After registration it's time for Icebreaker with mingle and bar.

Tuesday, 20 August

Tuesday starts with the grand opening with Vice-chancellor and politicians, and a mock press conference with renowned journalists and scientists. After lunch and plenary talks, the conference continues with parallel sessions 1, 2 and 3A. Poster session and bar in the evening.

Wednesday, 21 August

Wednesday starts off with a keynote speech by Simon Thrush. After plenary talks session 1, 2 and 3A continues in parallel. The sessions continues after the lunch break. In the evening it's time for congress dinner in the City hall.

Thursday, 22 August

Thursday is opened by keynote speaker Katja Fennel. After plenary talks parallell sessions 1, 2 and 5. After lunch parallel sessions 2 and 3B and BONUS Science technology workshop in session 4. Poster session and bar in the evening.

Friday, 23 August

Friday morning starts with keynote speaker Tom Bianchi. After plenary talks parallel sessions 3B, 4 and 5. The congress ends after lunch and a closing session.
