In the official programme for the Baltic Sea Science Congress 2019, all delegates are welcome to a reception and dinner hosted by the City of Stockholm.
The doors opens at 18.30 and the reception starts at 19.00 sharp, make sure to be there in time.
Do not forget to bring your Invitation card, which you recieved at Registration.
The evening will begin with a welcome speech from a City representative.
Then we are invited to a Swedish style dinner buffet, while a guide tells us the story of the City Hall. The reception last approximately two hours.
The evening will give you a chance to mingle with colleagues and make new aquaintances in a special scientific atmosphere - the venue of the annual Nobel Prize banquet. No dress code, just put something proper on :).
