Condensed Matter and Quantum Optics

The research of the division of Condensed Matter and Quantum Optics is both experimental and theoretical. The research focuses on the fundamental aspects of quantum phenomena in light and matter, and has several potential applications in quantum information technology, quantum electronics and nanotechnology. Theoretical work also span broader areas of physics.

Postdoctoral Fellow in Theory of Quantum Matter (2)

The research group ‘Theory of Quantum Matter’ in the unit for Condensed Matter and Quantum Optics, within the Department of Physics at Stockholm University, invites applications to two postdoctoral positions within the area of threedimensional topological phases. Ref. No. SU FV-3626-19, closing date: 13 December 2019.

Postdoctoral Fellow in Quantum Photonics

The research group in Quantum Photonics at the Department of Physics conducts research on quantum light sources. The focus of the project is the investigation of novel devices for generation of quantum light for quantum communication applications. Ref. No. SU FV-4148-19, closing date: 20 December 2019.

Postdoctoral Fellow in Theory of Topological Quantum Matter

The department of physics at Stockholm university invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow who is expected to carry out inspired research on the theory of quantum matter. Ref. No. SU FV-4027-19, closing date: 15 January 2020.
